EANAB actively participates in open consultations, focusing primarily on Airspace Change Proposals and Noise Action Plans. Explore previous consultations and EANAB responses.

Airspace Change Proposal (ACP)

The official public consultation for the Airspace Change Proposal (ACP) began on the 20th October and ran for 12 weeks until the 25th Jan 2026.

The dedicated Edinburgh Airport ACP Consultation Portal served as the central hub for all information and materials and now shows the published responses  – EDI ACP PORTAL

Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow Airport and NATS are jointly consulted for the Scottish Terminal Control Area – Find out more

Noise Action Plan (NAP)

Under the Scottish Government’s Environmental Assessment Act, airports must create or revise Noise Action Plans (NAPs) every five years.

The consultation on the latest one has been completed and has been adopted by the Scottish Government. More info is available on the EAL Noise Action Plan webpage and the Scottish Government Noise Maps and Action Plans webpage.
